When a product changes
- A product is set to Draft or Archived, or deleted: bundles using it are set to Draft and marked Needs review. Kits are set to Draft only when too few products are left to complete them. You get an email.
- A variant is deleted: “Shopper picks variant” bundles keep working with the options left. Fixed bundles go to Draft for review.
- Unlisted products count as available. You can use them in bundles and kits.
- Products not on your Online Store are flagged in the lists so you can publish them.
After you fix the product, set the bundle or kit to Active again.
The app’s checkout products
Each bundle and kit has one checkout product that the cart uses for the merged line. These products are Unlisted: hidden from your collections and search, but still sold in bundles and kits.
Don’t delete them. If one is deleted, its bundle or kit goes to Draft.
Busy moments
If Shopify is briefly busy, store updates are retried automatically. If a save says “store update failed”, your changes are saved; click Try again.
