1. Agreement
These terms are between you, the Shopify merchant who installs CRO Booster (the “App”), and CRO Booster (“we”). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
2. The service
The App lets you create product bundles and mix-and-match kits on your Shopify store. Prices and discounts are applied through Shopify’s checkout. Features may change over time. You need an active Shopify store and must follow Shopify’s terms.
3. Plans and billing
The App has a Free plan with limits and a paid Pro plan, as shown on the App’s Plans page and App Store listing. All charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the App; changes follow Shopify’s billing rules. If you move to the Free plan, items over the Free limit are set to draft after a grace period shown in the App.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your products, prices, discounts, storefront text and custom CSS, and for checking that bundles and kits show correctly in your theme.
- You must have the right to sell your products and must follow the laws that apply to your store, including consumer and privacy laws toward your customers.
- Do not misuse the App, try to break its security, or put personal information in feature requests.
5. Data processing
For your customers’ data, you are the data controller and we are your data processor. We will:
- process customer data only to provide the App, as described in the Privacy Policy, and on your instructions given through your use of the App;
- collect only the minimum data needed (no customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses);
- keep the data confidential, limit access to people who need it, and protect it with appropriate security, including encryption in transit;
- use only the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, who are bound to protect the data;
- help you answer customer privacy requests, and act on Shopify’s data request and deletion webhooks;
- tell you without undue delay if we learn of a data breach affecting your data;
- delete your data after you uninstall the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end features, and will tell you in advance of important changes when we reasonably can.
8. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 5 and 8 continue after the agreement ends.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Surat, Gujarat, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
