The bundle is not showing on the product page
Check these in order:
- Is the bundle block added and saved in the theme editor? Open the app’s Home page and look at App status. If the Bundle block shows Not added, click Add block in theme editor, add the CRO Booster bundle block and click Save in the theme editor.
- Is the bundle Active? Open Bundles. Draft bundles are hidden from shoppers.
- Is the main product correct? The bundle shows only on its main product’s page. Open the bundle and check Main product, then click View on store.
- Are all products active in Shopify? Products that are Draft or archived in Shopify can’t be sold in a bundle. The app shows a message on the bundle if this happens.
- Are you looking at the published theme? A block added to another theme only shows on that theme.
The kit page is empty or the kit is missing
- Is the kit block added? Check App status on the app’s Home page. Add the CRO Booster kit block once and click Save.
- Is the kit Active? Open Kits and check the status.
- Is the kit sold out? If kit stock is limited and all kits are sold, check Kit stock in the kit editor.
The discount doesn’t apply in the cart
- For bundles with Let shoppers remove products turned on, the discount only applies when every product stays in.
- For kits, the deal applies only when the shopper has picked exactly the number of products you set.
- Check that the app is still installed. Discounts stop applying after an uninstall.
I can’t set a bundle or kit to Active
On the Free plan you can have 3 active bundles and 3 active kits. Set another one to Draft, or upgrade to Pro.
My custom CSS doesn’t load
Custom CSS loads only on the Pro plan. Check your plan on the app’s Plans page.
